Privacy policy

This policy covers Zak Google Integration, a private Google API integration operated for its owner’s assistant workflows.

Data accessed

Depending on the permissions granted and the requested task, the integration accesses account identity (email address and Google account identifier), Gmail messages and their metadata or attachments, and the content and metadata of authorized Google Docs, Sheets and Drive files. OAuth credentials and tokens are used to authenticate API requests.

Purpose and use

The operator uses Google user data to provide requested assistant features: reading and summarizing messages, preparing and sending requested email, and creating or editing documents and spreadsheets. The integration does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

AI processing and sharing

Content needed for a requested task can be transmitted to configured AI inference providers to process that task, and returned through configured chat services, including Telegram. Provider retention and processing depend on their applicable terms and configured settings; this policy does not itself control those providers. Before transmitting Google user data, the operator must verify that the selected provider and settings meet Google’s Limited Use requirements, including restrictions on generalized model training; otherwise that processing must not be used for Google user data. Email and document content is disclosed to recipients or collaborators only as directed by the operator.

Other human access is limited to the operator and authorized administrators where necessary for an authorized task, consented troubleshooting, security, or legal obligations. Data is not offered to unrelated third parties.

Storage and protection

OAuth client secrets and tokens are stored in an encrypted local credential vault. Its unlock credential is held in macOS Keychain. Credentials are not published on this website. Requested content and relevant excerpts may be present in assistant conversations, task artifacts, operational logs or backups. Access to these records is restricted to authorized administration; no claim is made that all task content is retained only in memory.

Retention, deletion and revocation

Records are retained only as needed for requested tasks, continuity, security and operational recovery. The operator can request deletion of stored credentials and task records through the contact below; backup copies are removed through the applicable backup retention process. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API use but does not automatically erase previously created Google files, sent messages or retained records.

Revoke access through Google Account third-party connections. Contact zak@datamined.rocks for questions or deletion requests.

Google API Limited Use

Zak Google Integration’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Changes to data practices will be reflected on this page.
